• Providing Translation Services: The primary purpose of the App is to translate the content of your selected monday.com boards. Your language preference helps us to provide this service efficiently.
• App Functionality: Access to your board data is essential for the App to retrieve the content that you wish to translate.

3. Data Storage and Protection

No Data Persistence: We want to be clear that no user data, including your language preference or the content of your boards, is stored persistently on our servers or any other storage medium.

Temporary Processing: The data accessed for translation is only processed temporarily in memory for the duration of the translation process and while you are viewing the translated content within the App.

Data Erasure: Once you navigate away from the translated view or close the App, all processed board data is immediately erased from our systems.

We implement reasonable measures to protect the data during this temporary processing period. However, as no data is permanently stored, the risks associated with data breaches or unauthorized access are significantly minimized.

4. Sharing of Information with Third Parties

No Third-Party Services: Board Translator utilizes its own translation capabilities and does not share your data with any third-party translation services or analytics providers. All translation processing is performed by our own internal systems.

• App Provided "As Is": The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to errors in translation, loss of data (which we emphasize does not occur due to persistent storage by us), or disputes related to the content you translate.

Due to the nature of our data processing (no persistent storage and self-served translation), our direct obligations under certain comprehensive privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA are limited. However, we are committed to respecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly in accordance with the principles of these regulations. As a monday.com marketplace app, we also rely on monday.com's compliance with these regulations regarding the platform's handling of your data.
